For years, Rachel Appel was a well kept secret at .NET Valley in Scranton PA where she helps Jason Gaylord run the group. I met her years ago at one of their early meetings (I think there were 4 attendees!) and witnessed her presenting a few summer's ago when I also presented at their group again. I was pretty wowed by how technical she is - seriously smart. (Way smarter than me. (And might even prefer "than I".)) Then she started sneaking out to code camps. But this year, she is everywhere. Rachel presented at a few of the post PDC events, is a speaker at next months' ASPConnections in Orlando and a new member of the INETA speaker bureau.

But today came yet another surprise. Now Rachel is part of Wintellect's line-up at Devscovery.
