SharePoint Time Card Application Opportunity

A local school district is converting their manual time card system into a InfoPath forms driven SharePoint application.  They need a developer fluent in InfoPath Forms Services, Workflow Foundation, .NET, and Sql Server development. SharePoint is a new platform for this organization, so there is an additional opportunity to train in house IT staff on basic InfoPath forms development, SharePoint site configuration, and content management.  They would like to implement the project by the start of the school year, so immediate availability is essential.  Some fairly sparse initial requirements are available for review.  Local consultants only, please, as onsite visits will be necessary.
