- Work with the Mailing Services team in system and software support, workflow analysis, database support, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate new service startup with customers and staff, and manage ongoing requests for changes and enhancements.
- Work closely with departmental and cross-functional teams to provide the technical and training support necessary to meet client needs.
- Keep abreast of changing technology and Mailing Services offerings.
- Leverage system & software design methodologies to drive quality and reliability.
- Understand and follow IT quality system procedures that are applicable to the job.
- Continuously strive to improve processes by utilizing Six Sigma principles.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
· 2+ years of systems & software development experience.
· Strong aptitude for technical and creative problem solving environment.
· Good interpersonal and communications skills
· Ability to think and work independently.
· Located in Burlington, VT.
Desired:
· Working knowledge of Visual Basic, VBScript, .NET, XML, and SQL.
· Experience with PlanetPress, FirstLogic, Cache, MUMPS.
· Understanding of electronic forms applications and Postscript.
· Experience in the Healthcare industry and specifically patient billing
· Understanding of Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, and XP operating systems.
· Working knowledge in configuration and management tools for Windows based servers.
· Good understanding of networking principles, TCPIP and VPN connectivity
· Experience with Seagate Crystal Reports.
