I'm thrilled to learn that I'll be going to Warsaw in mid-March to speak at the Communities to Communities event. I normally say "no no no" to winter travel but Michal Chaniewski has been trying to get me there for a few years so I finally said yes. I'm really looking forward to this. I've never been to Poland and have some family roots there. I have scheduled a few extra days into the trip to do a little sightseeing around Warsaw and also hopefully to go to Bialowieza which is the oldest forest in Europe.

Now I have to go learn a bit of Polish. I'm fear that I'm going to start mixing up all of the phrases I have had to learn in the past year for Sweden and Bulgaria and now Poland.

The other winter trip I buckled on is the MVP summit which is March 1-4 so it will be a busy travel month for me.
