I finally read the abstract for Matthew Weier O’Phinney’s PHP U.G. talk, “Play-Doh: Modeling Your Domain Objects”, tonight and realized he is focusing on the MVC design pattern and ORMs.
I’m looking at my day /evening which still has two more dog walks (I haven’t been on my bike in over 2 weeks :-(), client work, 2 articles to write, a screencast to create and a major house cleaning preparation for some weekend guests. Boy would I like to steal 4 hours out of the evening to go to Matthew’s talk and expand my views, but it is going to be a tough sell.
