Remember... the data service is an item template, not a project template….and that it’s been renamed to WCF Data Services.
After you create a project (I usually use an empty web app to host the service), you can find the template in the Web section.
Or just use the handy search feature in the items dialog
It has been a while since I have visited your site. But I was amazed that you have joined the dark-side and using C# rather than VB.NET. Did the Entity Framework move you over to the dark-side (I mean the C# side).
Grin. Well, when writing my book, I wrote more C# code than I ever have and I liked using C#. Mostly because it was something new after 10+ yrs of VB. I guess it was either this or take up snowboarding! ;)
