I’m curious how many developers who moved from VB6 to VB.NET know anything more about attributes than this one: <WebMethod>
It’s something that did not exist in VB6 though it was certainly not new to C++ developers.
I’m not taking a poll. Just thinking out loud.

A member of the Meetings Committee of the International Trademark Association, Peter currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Intellectual Property Law at Vermont Law School. He is a graduate of Williams College and a summa cum laude of Cornell Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cornell law Review.

The first annual HDC is over and here are a number of people who have written about it:
keynote presenter Rocky Lhotka
and conference organizer Joe Olsen.
I would like to add that Joe, who is a liaison on the INETA User Group Relations Committee, the leader of the Omaha.NET User Group and a real community leader is the guy who put on this show. He never organized a conference before. I have seen some of the stats and am just completely amazed. Somebody buy this man a beer (or a beer hall maybe for next year?).
